Within 24 hours of going on sale in late August, the film had sold $26 million worth of tickets — smashing the record for single-day ticket sales at AMC — and within a month had surpassed $100 million in worldwide sales. According to Variety, it’s possible that the concert will sell $100 million in tickets in North America alone. Can you imagine if Tay Tay decides to turn her attention from visiting football stadiums and takes in a Broadway show, or even gives a regional theatre a much needed lift?!
